Examine the recruiting advertisements of two similar service-oriented organizations. Then go to the companies’ websites and examine their stated human resources and employee development policies. Answer the following questions:

Diversity denotes to the presence of various people from the dissimilar backgrounds. It is all about what makes an individual unique with others and considers several life experiences, personality, and backgrounds. It is mixture of differences that play key role in shaping of views of world, approach and perspective. Along with this, it should also be noted down that, diversity has been a major element of the Canadian industry and has given major support to the variety of ideas which have been encountered in the society of Canada. At the same time, it is also important to know that, The various companies which are moderately operating in the diversification method have been major facilitators of the process while the companies which are mostly confined to the employment of local employees have been halted by the influx of employees from different nations. Most of companies welcomes diversity within the company which is helpful a company in bringing talented and skilled people within the company.
It can make sense for the government that the people who have shifted to Canada from elsewhere should be given part-time or contractual jobs as the youth of the country should be focused fp0r the growth of the country (Merkel, 2019). This is quite appropriate for the government to take this measure as it is important for the improvement of the Canadian youth.
Recruiting advertisements
In the present time of globalized and competitive business era, every types of companies running their business online by offering similar types of services to customers. At the same time, it is found that, Amazon and Flipkart are the two major companies which have similar categories of service but they are mostly differentiated based on the recruitment. It means, both companies use different methods, process, techniques and systems in order to recruit and hire people within the company. For example, Amazon has been a company which has mostly focused on the recruitment of Canadian employees who especially hold the perfect notion about the culture while Flipkart is a company which is mostly concentrated on the appointment of employees who are qualified based on the recruitment criteria of the company.
The similarities in the advertisement of the company have been the recruitment process of the company which includes the appointment of employees through outsourced organization whereas the difference has been the approach of both the companies in fixing the requirement criteria. Hence, it can be said that, both organizations use outsourcing services in order to hire and recruit people in an effective and proper manner.
The recruitment criteria of the companies have been the same in their printed advertisements as well as their websites and also sufficient in assisting the right information to the job searchers.
Finding a job advertisement
The survey constitutes the statement of many students who claim that they have evidenced different criteria in the advertisement which include graduation as its most important criterion, having good communication skills, the ability to converse with people, and also the employee must be above 18 years of age.
The various requirements that are mentioned above are efficient for screening as they have good knowledge about the various candidates and their qualities (Khayatzadeh-Mahani et al., 2020). The requirements give the human resource manager the to analyse the appointments specifically.
