INTRODUCTION
Each and every organization will always love to have employees who are happy as well as satisfied with their work, packages of compensation, as well as are very enthusiastic to work effectively an
d efficiently for the organization and don’t have any intention to leave the organization. However, in real world scenario there are various reasons such as culture at work, relationship problems with managers or co-workers, packages or pay, etc due to which employees are leaving the organizations. Mostly all the business organizations regardless of specific industry are challenged as well as affected by the problem of high employee attrition or turnover. According to the AHRI’s recent research and survey, the average rate of employee attrition in the entire region of Australia is approximately 20% regardless of any industry (Blachford, 2014). The major reasons included for this employee attrition or turnover are dissatisfaction with job and the poor relationship with managers, leaders or supervisors. The damage is being faced by the line managers involving the issues related to proper functioning of operations due to this increasing rate of turnover. The HR personnel of an organization is always under pressure for recruiting and providing training to new employees. However, the employees that are recruited are not aware about the procedures and have less experience as compared to that of previous employees which ultimately affects the organization performance as well as organizational expenses are increased. So, it is quite important for the organization to focus on keeping regular track over the turnover rate of employees and take effective measures as soon as possible in order to reduce its impact over achievement of organizational objectives (Blachford, 2014).
