Introduction
Every organization runs on certain aspects, which are the corporate public affairs and the application of stakeholder management because these are the two important aspects that help in proper functioning of the organization. The public affairs look after the outer aspect of the organization and the stakeholder management is regarding the internal aspect of the management. The project is about the public affairs and stakeholder management with the South African corporate perspective and the detailed explanation of both these aspects will be discussed.
Corporate Public Affairs Function
In an organization it is very important to have corporate public affairs. Harris and Fleisher (2017) have described that the corporate affairs of an organization deals with the public relations, community outreach, marketing communications, internal communications, government and trade and investor relation whereas public affairs deals with the government relations, media communication, corporate and social responsibility and strategic communication advice.
