Essential Clauses for Offering Products and Services to Visitors are as follows:
a) Indemnification for damages - there is a lot of talk regarding damage to the leased item. Check to see what is and is not covered. Red wine spills on leased furniture are the last thing anyone wants to deal with (Rasnaca, 2020).
b) Determine who has authority to amend the contract - Cite the contract's title, original parties and signing date so that it is obvious what you are working on.
c) Policies on deposits and cancellations - In your contract, you should specify which deposits are non-refundable and what happens if you have to terminate the project. If your wedding is postponed or cancelled altogether, some vendors may enable you to transfer your deposits to another event (Rasnaca, 2020).
d) Attrition is permitted - Most hotels enable couples to book a block of rooms; however, there are attrition rates if the rooms are not booked by a certain date. Cancellation and unbooked room policies vary widely from hotel to hotel. Many hotels make more money offering reduced room blocks for leisure clients rather than weddings (Rasnaca, 2020).
e) Terms of payment – Accordingly, Set a deadline for the initial deposit in your contract and in your event-planning schedule. Do not forget to include taxes and any extra expenses when you break down the line items.
