·Contours, slopes and natural drainage lines
·Rocky outcrops or soil changes.
·Rivers or creeks.
Location of true north and orientation of the living areasof the building.
3 Siteinformation
Any easements and legally required setbacks.
Access and egress points to the site.
Existing dwellings, buildings or other structures on thesite (e.g. the existing house if plans are for additions).
Service connection points, such as gas and electricityconnections to the block, and stormwater and sewerage disposal lines.
Retaining walls, either existing or required in the build.
Paving, either existing or required in the build.
Trees and vegetation, either existing or required in thebuild.
