The definition of terrorism suggests the unlawful act of violence in order to wage unlawfulness against the government and the civilians, that suggest an act of violation created by a group of people against the people of a country and its government, where the group of people terrorizes the civilians with actions of violence. The act of terrorism cannot be restrained in one standpoint but there are different layers of it; as terrorism can also be called as an act of violence when the civilians become hostile to some actions or decisions taken by the government, therefore, the very act of protest can be stated as terrorism (Ford).
