Industry is such an area, which always undergoes certain changes along with the change in the system or era. Therefore, in order to maintain the flow of the industry, you need to update the structure and the knowledge of the industry. Three examples how you would improve your ongoing training to your employees in this regard are: firstly, making the learning and advising procedure more flexible and accessible.
Secondly, using innovative digital tools to serve the remote workers and in-office team. The employees should be given proper advice and training regarding the cybersecurity (Aldawood & Skinner, 2019). Thirdly, communicating effectively and ask their opinions before entering to the final decision-making procedures.
