or World Wide Web (Googled) references will be counted as academic.

Abstract
In the current report, the aspect of communication issues in organisations is considered as the primary topic of the report. The report starts with an introduction to the report topic followed by detailed description of the chosen organisation and the interviewee, who has been chosen fro

Introduction
Communication issues in workplace are very common as employees from different background work under same management guidance and strive towards a mutual goal that reflects organisational success. It is found that due to intercultural communication, type of persuasion and presentation, methods of negotiations and interviews, group meetings, discussions and lastly trust and conflict resolution determine the degree of communication issues arising within organisational frame. In the current report, the mentioned aspects that affect organisational communication issues have been discussed based on the interview findings, which have been supported by the use of theory and models.
Background of the Company and the Employees
The chosen organisation, namely XE Corp, which has more than 4 employees and deals in manufacturing potato, chips in Australia. The company competes in a highly competitive market. The popularity of the company products is high, while the company policies of employee retention are very common and outdated. The interviewee of the current interview, named Jonny is 30-year-old, male, who has been working at XE Corp for the last 7 years. The person belongs to the Aboriginal community. The interviewee is unwilling to give away his identify and has been looking for better career opportunities.
Methodology
The current report has a specific aim and objective therefore, the used methodology has been specific. Firstly, in terms of selecting the employee for the interview, the data type aimed for has been qualitative; therefore, non-probability convenient sampling has been opted. As supported by Skalkidou et al. (2018), the use of non-probability sampling technique helps in getting the right person for the interview purposes. It is found that in the course of data collection, the researcher has approached only aboriginals and Asian community employees, out of which only Jonny responded. It is worth the mention at time of convincing the interviewee, Persuasion Theory was applied, which made the interviewer offer aspects that align to the requirement of the interviewee. As seen in the case of Jonny, the offering of confidentiality of identity convinced Jonny to be an interviewee.
In order to reach the specified objective of assessing the aspect of multiculturalism and communication in organisational setting, the interviewer has used the Simple Innovation Tunnel Model for the questions asked to the interviewee.
