Introduction
Management fashion perspective is the literature on the management fashion setting procedure. Apart from that by using the management fashion theory focuses on the emergence along with emergence and evolution of the market for effective customer relationship management. There are several actors who are involved in the CRM management process. These actors are the consulting firms, the industry analyst firms, the software vendors and the meeting organizers. Hence, it is through CRM which helps in the exhibitions of many hallmarks of the management fashion (Abrahamson, 1996). The management fashion researchers evaluate that no only the supply side actors assist in taking-off the various phases of methods along with helping in prolonging the concept of what is known as the life cycle management along with the notions. If we look at the entire CRM market, then we can observe that it recognizes several different players such as administration consultant and meeting planners who provides various training curricula (Wang & Burton Swanson, 2008). Therefore, it is associated with various symbols of management fashion which also consists of the management setters who are better known as the fashion setters in the form of consultants, instructors and various solution providers (Abrahamson, 1996).
Rationalistic perspective in western philosophy is a viewpoint which provides a reason as a primary source and as a test of the knowledge. The reality in itself is an inherently logical structure which is asserted by the rationalist that there exists a class of truth which can be grasped by the intellect directly. The rationalistic perspective is a choice for the upper-level management and focuses on the management of the organization. The lower-level employees are responsible for the execution of strategic plans based on operating plan which is entirely based on the strategic plan. Hence, the rationalistic procedure is a part of the corporate agenda and is being approached in a synchronized and systematic process. Rationalism has always been the rival of empiricism which is considered as the doctrine of all knowledge which originates and must be evaluated through sense experiences. Hence, the rationalistic objective is focused on the ability of the organization to achieve the set objectives.
Design thinking helps the design thinkers to see everything as an opportunity for creating users’ solutions with respect to a problem. The design thinkers usually act as observants and plays an impartial role. This enables them to understand the challenges and the real problems, acquire a higher understanding of the issue through analysis and seek various types of business solutions (MJV, 2021).
