This is a group assignment. In this assignment, groups of 4 students are required to identify a recent Enterprise Systems implementation in an organisation and write a 2,500 to 3,000-word report and deliver a 15-minute PowerPoint presentation on the following issues depicted in the chosen case study. Email your choices to the Lecturer for approval. 1. Describe the organisation and explain the problem or opportunity it faced. 2. Describe the nature of the Enterprise Systems that the organisation adopted and the process by which it was selected and implemented. 3. Explain and analyse any difficulties the organisation may have faced in adopting the system. 4. Provide an assessment of how successful the adoption of the Enterprise Systems was and a discussion of any success metrics that were used. 2 You are required to use additional references to support your arguments. READ THE GROUP WORK GUIDELINES IN THE APPENDIX Peer Review Forms EACH member of the group is to submit a Peer Review Form in the Moodle Assignment Submission Tool. See the Appendix for instructions on group member performance. Presentation The individual groups will have 15 minutes to present their report. All the group members are required to participate in this task and need to collaborate to ensure that the whole presentation is cohesive. The Lecturer will require a STAPLED hard copy of the presentation (in addition to the soft copy Moodle submission via Turnitin) Detailed Submission Requirements Online Moodle Submission via Turnitin. It must have separate sections for each of the FOUR tasks above.  The report should additionally, include an Executive Summary, Table of Contents, Introduction, Conclusion and References  Submit as a PDF file through the Turnitin assignment submission tool on Moodle.  Include a cover sheet that has your name, subject, date, report title and WORD COUNT  The assignment should not exceed 2,800 words with a minimum of 2,500 words, excluding references.
