This is an individual assignment. In this assignment, students are required to identify a recent Enterprise Systems implementation in an organisation and write a 2,500 to 2,600-word report and create a 5-6 minute PowerPoint presentation on the following topic(s) in the chosen case study. (From the Insert tab, choose Insert Audio. Keep the narration for each slide under 40 seconds). 1. Analyse at least two case-studies associated with ERP implementation for any major enterprise and discuss strategic success factors in enterprise resource planning, design, and implementation. You are required to use additional references to support your arguments. Your report should be a synthesis of ideas researched from a variety of sources and expressed in your own words. It should be written in clear English and be submitted at the end of week 11 in electronic format as either a Word document or a pdf file. This electronic file will be checked using Turnitin for any evidence of plagiarism. You are 2 . expected to use in-text citations to support your arguments which should be referenced in the normal Harvard referencing style. Presentation Students are required to create a short 5-6 minute presentation that includes audio which presents a summary of the report findings. The presentation should consist of at least 10 to 12 slides including the title slide and references slide. Keep your narration to about 20 to 30 seconds for each slide. A soft copy of the presentation should be submitted to Moodle. Ensure that your presentation is less than 25MB in size. Detailed Submission Requirements Online Moodle Submission via Turnitin. The basic purpose to have an enterprise resource planning system in the organisat
ion as it can allow the organization to create a new manufacturing system which can help the whole organization for managing different transactions which are performed business functions and data. It will allow the whole organization to have a better potential which can actually become beneficial for them to enhance the performance of the organization and reduce the overall cost of implementation which makes it possible for all the processes to be carried out perfectly once the ERP system is implemented.
Introduction
In this report we will study about the complete implementation process which was used by two different organizations to help them in the management of all the processes and functions performed in the organization. There are two different companies which tried for implementing the ERP system and make it easier for them to he managed the workflow of the processes. Both the companies use different methods to implement the ERP system and they found different issues which actually made it a failure for them. The whole implementation process can be divided into 5 steps as we use the life cycle of software development.
