Self-Care
Positive self-care habits, in my opinion, may help people build resilience and approach life with a positive attitude. Resilience, also known as mental flexibility, refers to a person's capacity to swiftly adjust and recover from a difficult circumstance. People who are more resilient, in my opinion, are better able to keep their composure and a high degree of bodily and psychological soundness. They prefer to approach the world with an optimistic, adaptable, and flexible attitude. Less resilient people, on the other hand, tend to concentrate on issues, feel overwhelmed, and resort to harmful coping strategies. They may even experience anxiety or depression.
Building Resilience
One method to improve resilience, in my opinion, is to become more conscious of our zone of impact. In other words, rather than focusing on situations over which I have no control, I should focus on topics over which I have no control. Individuals who think in this way believe they have influence over what occurs to them and actively seek answers to difficulties (McIntyre, 2019). Reactive people, on the other hand,...
