Assessor Comments:Please leave this in your next answer: The right of of clients regarding and confidentiality ensure to keep the details and record of the client secure, safe and secret. As a right of privacy one can be anonymous with a canter, no second person will be involved in collecting personal information where possible, taking consent and disclosing every detail to the client and maintain confidentiality and make the client aware. Leave this and add some other privacy rights to privacy and confidentiality a client has other than in regards to information.
