It is the obligation to run business in accordance with its wishes, which are normally to earn as much money as possible in accordance with its basic rules of society, both legal and ethical. Naturally, his employers may have different goals in some situations.For an eleemosynary intent – a group of persons might create a company for example, a hospital or school.. The company manager will not benefit from money as his intent, but will make certain services. In both cases , the main argument is that, in his role as corporate manager, the manager is the leader and his primary responsibility rests with the individuals who own the company or set up an elemosynical organisation.
