Describe the approach you will choose
The approach that I use is stand-up meeting and team-based activities. Daily stand-up meetings are a common agile activity, particularly among engineering and development teams. This daily practise assists a team in aligning and sharing progress, staying responsible, and resolving possible difficulties fast. The purpose of the daily stand-up meeting is to help the team coordinate (Wnuk et al 2019). This quick feedback loop, akin to a football huddle, helps teams align and stay on target. If a problem arises, you will be able to fix it promptly and keep initiatives on schedule.
Tools and techniques you plan to use
Scrum
Scrum is an empirical exposure paradigm, which means that information is obtained via real-world experience and choices are made based on that experience. Scrum is a fantastic technique to demonstrate whether your project is producing the desired results through transparency, inspection, and adaptability. Scrum teams focus on what can be done 'now' and divide future work into digestible chunks. When difficulties emerge, Scrum enables for rapid response by making improvements with clarity and speed.
