Sony as a company has a strong focus on ideation and working on ideas that can bring massive disruption in the market. By the virtue of consistent learning, un-learning and relearning, Sony ensures that it can enhance the overall value of the equipment’s, enhance the functionality as well as embrace their efficiency (Anthony, S., D., 2008). This certainly creates high value for their customers. Furthermore, I strongly vouch that Sony as an organization is an innovator since it has proved that they are ready to adapt with the market instead of sticking to traditional ways of working.
