Answers were sought for the following research questions: 1. What techniques are most effective for maintaining an audience’s attention during a presentation? 2. What difficulties are presenters commonly faced with? 3. How do executives eliminate public speaking anxiety? Research Question 1. What techniques are most effective for maintaining an audience’s attention during a presentation? 1. How do you prepare for presentations so that you are confident while on stage? 2. What visuals do you use during presentations? 3. What presentation method has your company found most effective? Research Question 2. What difficulties are presenters commonly faced with? 1. When/if an audience becomes disruptive, how would you try to regain control of the presentation? 2. When dealing with a difficult audience, how would you answer questions you aren’t sure how to respond to? 3. How do you stay in control of your emotions and tone when feeling overwhelmed or defeated by a difficult audience? Research Question 3. How do executives eliminate public speaking anxiety? 1.
