Seek Limited is an Australian human resource consulting company. Its headquarters is in Melbourne, Australia. The company matches the education with the requirements given by companies and then help companies to hire a compatible person and also provide career opportunities to jobseekers and related services on the Internet; and it distributes and provides vocational training and higher education courses. It also provides and offers online employment advertising services to customers. The Educational services come under Seek Learning.
Now they are planning to make change in their services by adding Seek Reading, this service gives opportunity to customers to access a collection of 3,500 journals in 56 social sciences disciplines, items are selected from 3,800 of scientific and technical journals in whole world. It helps customers in searching various articles on various disciplines, using author name and also search by subject, author, journal, and author.
To implement this change there is need to make Change management strategy and Change management plan which involves making strategies and communication plan that helps in achieving the change that company is planning to make. This also results in achievement of organisation goals. Change management strategy means the way an organization manage and address change internally and outside the organisation. It involves making various strategies like deciding the group of Customers Company is going to target and advertise their new facility on various social platforms and making changes in the website appropriately so that customers can easily get journals and research articles on various disciplines through word, author search. And after making all plans and strategies regarding the change, next step is to communicate the plan to all the head of the department and ask them to assign various tasks to their subordinates so that they work on that plan accordingly.

SEEK LIMITED is a group of companies and its main purpose is to help people live more fulfilling and help people to find jobs and educational courses. Now SEEK is planning to add one more facility i.e., providing thousands of research articles and journals to their customers at one place. Many companies and websites providing this facility but no one able to provide thousands of journals and research articles on one platform. That is why SEEK planning to provide this facility to their customers so that all worldwide journals are easily accessible to the customers mainly research scholars.
The main purpose to bring this change is that this facility is in high demand. People need this kind of facility at one place. As all kind of research articles, journals in various disciplines are not available on any website. The Writers of these journals demand some exchange of money to give access o read the articles. So, by doing collaborations with these writers, researchers we make available all kind of articles and journals at one place.
So, to bring and make change, company should assign roles to each department like IT Department make changes in the website and add SEEK READING option in it. 2. Development in Organisation:
Organisational development is known as the changes that are planned in organisation for the organisation development. This emphasizes sciences related to human behaviour and human processes in an organisation. The agreement between the individuals or employees of organisation and the goals of organisation and strategies leads to successful organisational change and achievement of organisational goal and objectives.
3. Complexity theory:
Complexity theory defines that change emerges as a result of interactions between agents at a local level in this complex system and between the system of organisation and the external environment.
4. Social worlds theory:
Social worlds theory suggests that change initiates a function of negotiation and renegotiation between two or more social worlds. The social worlds theory defines the importance of considering who is using the change indicators that are available in this competitive market and for what purpose.
