Vigor and energy are essential to excel in life. Energy is the currency to support all the operation in the body and work towards our goal. However, very often, it

In last three decades, we have seen a tremendous prevalence of obesity all across the world and not just a problem in one country. Weight gain and obesity has amplified especially in children that comes under the age bracket of three to six, moving forward it is seen for young kids obesity is approximately tripled that comes in the age bracket of seven to twelve and have become nearly four times among adolescents that falls in the age bracket of thirteen to nineteen.
