According to Peter Drucker, management is that part which helps in managing business, workers, managers and work. This can also be referred as ‘Change Management’. It is a painful process but to survive in the competitive market it is extremely important to address it with structured approach.

Globalization is already affecting countries in positive and negative manner. However, the amount of negative impact this pandemic has caused to every country around the world is beyond imagination. It has brought momentum of life to a halt. Business including travel and tourism, hospitality, agriculture, textiles, aviation, small-scale business such as beauty salons, handicrafts, manual workers and even cottage industries suffered to the core (Gerdeman, 2021).
Millions of jobs have already been lost, again millions of livelihoods are at risk and millions of people will reach to poverty if this crisis persists for longer time now. World economic growth has already reached to – 3 percent, which is a matter of concern (Betts, 2021). Developed nations witnessed loss of jobs, decline in imports and economic growth.
Developing nations are struggling to attain a stable economic state where it can support daily wage earners to meet their ends. They are trying to bring businesses to the minimum normal so that circulation of money starts in the system. People are relying on their savings, which is on the verge of ending. As per UNCTAD productive capacity index under developed nations are suffering from trade loss, which is accelerating and have magnifying effect (UNCTAD, 2020).
Hence, as suggested by Li, Ghosh and Nachmias (2020), this is a grave situation, which requires immediate analytical attention so that businesses can be benefitted at large and economy can come on track. The strategies need to be re-designed, as there will be shift from traditional way of doing business to online platforms.
The performance of these organizations is of utmost importance because then only the loss made during the crisis will be start recovering. The system needs financing and innovative boost ups to start working. A strategic start, which will ensure performance based achievement, will be sufficient to prove change management being adapted by organizations as per new global requirement.

The practice of isolation and social distancing is essentially to be implemented in workplaces to weakened further consequences. Organizations need to follow three timespans rule, which are— respond, recover and thrive.
