Introduction
Every HR manager must know what employee relationship is and who handles this relationship stuff in an organization. Hence, via this conversation, we have tried to convey some employee relationships through feedbacks, which are positive and negative both.
Overview & Goal of Conversation
Being an employee in a multinational company, I used to work assiduously in the company. There are hundreds of people working here. Each individual is putting their whole efforts to be partners in increasing the marginal productivity of the company. Giving their hand in the production field, as suggested by Steers and Lee (2017), can proliferate the productions of a company at a large scale. I have been working in the company for the last 1 year. I am an extrovert who can be very much a socially outward person and can interact with anyone.
Ways to Approach Jim
