Today we are going to understand the two different style of leadership and how it had coined the results to what the result of the leaderships differences were. The two styles that are controversial to each other is Deontological leadership and Consequentialism leadership. On the eve of 23rd February, 2022, President Putin had announced the “Special Military Operation” in Ukraine to annexe Donbass region from Ukraine. President Putin has been a Consequential style of leader where the morality of an action defines the consequence of the action.
