    Hook Sentence: Death Penalty is sometimes a negative aspect of law.
    The claim of this report is the effectiveness of the death penalty within the society and the other different aspects.
Counter Argument
    The counter argument shows that the death penalty is not always beneficial to the society.

Undeniable pain of death penalties
    Sometimes the death penalty can be given through excruciating pain and torture. This is not needed for the ultimate punishments as quoted by Bessler, ‘The Third Geneva Convention barred the “physical or mental torture”. That is the reason why he feels that the death penalty needs to be prohibited. The pain and trauma is also inflicted upon the family as well. The family can undergo severe mental trauma after experiencing the death of the family member. Suggested by Mbah,’ ‘The evidence reviewed indicates that capital punishment impacts seriously all members of the families involved on sides, victim and perpetrator, and the entire American society.’ This is a very true scenario. Other than that if, the public death penalty is given then it can also traumatize the normal people on that sight.
