You should begin by reviewing your SWOT analysis you completed for your first assignment. What strengths or opportunities might you take advantage of? What are some weaknesses and threats you could address or mitigate? Use this information as a starting point to develop a creative idea that sets in line with the practical aspects of the business's existing canvas but also aims to build up its bottom line.
