Specifically, the following critical elements must be addressed:  Briefly describe your chosen business and one of its processes.  Discuss why you chose the particular process. What is its importance in the organization? What interests you about it? Does it work well or need improvement?  Identify the steps in your chosen process from start to finish. Include enough detail to adequately explain the process.
