Part 2: Overview of Company Legal Services Support Company was established in 2022 operating in Australia and is based in Sydney. The businesses of Legal Services Support Company involve software development and maintenance of online operation systems for legal practitioners, law firms and the government. The management has expert software writers and lawyers who provide immediate advice in relation to the developmental and practical issues. The objectives of the company include, to develop innovative world class legal services softwares, to increase efficiency and profitability of legal practitioners, and to create the availability for practitioners to work from anywhere instead of the traditional physical practice and filing system. The company treats this business plan as the major project in the near future. It relates to a new innovative product and service developed following the new practice after the outbreak of Covid-19 - an online operation system for legal practitioners, law firms and the government, named "Online Legal".

Good Management and correct operating plan are the most skilful activity. Professional needs to be aware of its business and correct way to approach it. Success is totally depends on how fine are your skills. Generally, this comprises 5 major steps. They are:
1. Concept and Initiation
2. Definition and planning
3. Launch or execution.
4. Performance control
5. Closing.
1. Concept and Initiation – Goal of initiate is to broadly define your scope.  This step generally starts with business cases or project charter. Outline the charter and propose requirement.
2. Planning - Professional needs to work SMART (Specific Measurable Attainable Realistic Timely) with CLEAR(Collaborate Limited Emotional Appreciable Refinable) goal.  During planning also need to ensure few things like
