ESG DEFINITION- ESG stands for Environmental, Social and Governance criteria basis which companies set a certain benchmark of processes, investments and compliances as a part of its mission, vision and growth statements. Environmental criteria considers the process change of how a company considers safeguarding environment, including corporate policies addressing climate changes. Social criteria examines the methods by which company maintains relationship with all its external and internal stakeholders including employees, vendors, customers and communities where it operates. Governance includes the execution of compliance by the leadership team of the company including audits, tax evasion, employee benefits and abiding local laws. ENVIRONMENT- This criterial includes corporate climate policies, energy use, waste, pollution and conservation of natural resources. This criteria also helps to evaluate any environmental risks that company might face and will give a ways to deal with those risks....
