Introduction
This assessment aims at defining the organizational behaviour of the sector TOP Education and TMGT602 Individual and Group Organisational Behaviour, through an analysis of an annotated bibliography. Organizational behaviour is the annexation and study of both individual and group performance within a specified area of study. This topic actually examines the environme
nt of the work, and checks its performance, along with that communication engagement between the employees and the nature of work. Additionally, among the organizational behaviour, the various types of leadership are also considered. This assessment will be divided into five articles. The first article will determine authenticity in work which is effective for employee performance. Second article determines team effectiveness.
Third article will show the types of leadership which are needed for the psychology of organization. Fourth article will put forward learning outcomes, knowledge and well being. And the last but not the least will eventually conclude with changes and leadership that are required for maintenance of organizational behaviour. The five articles are helpful in strengthening the drawback of the educational sector and look forward to gaining more advantages and benefits to reach it to the people and the customers who are associated with it. The challenge is to earn more profits through business terms and policies and keep its reputation as number one level and moving forward for a competition in the national and international competitive markets.
Aims
The first article presents the authenticity of the employee and corporate matters. The second article analyses the impact of group discussion on organisational success. The third article presents the impact of transformational leadership and authentic leadership in organisational psychology. Firth article shows the factors that are affecting the organisational behaviours of the employees.
