In each single organization, it is important for the organization to ensure the aspect that employees with skills are retained, so that the betterment of the organization c
an be attained. Due to this matter often certain employees are offered benefits like maybe a day off or flexible working hours or maybe rewards in any form. As opined by Gelfand et al., (2017) this propels a resentment and abhorrence within the employees who are less skilled or the ones who are not offered such benefits. It is obvious that the organization cannot reasonably provide rewards to every employee that leads to a situational discomfort within the employees. This envy often happens to aggravate in such a manner where the ones not getting the benefits try to portray the ones getting the benefits as involved in notoriety. The behavioural code of conduct of the employees is very much depended upon the well functioning of their operations. It acts as a motivational factor that furthermore contributes towards the detainment of the employees. Once the employees feel that, their work is being acknowledged by the receiving of such rewards and gifts they realize that they can strive towards better thing. The conflict thereby can be avoided otherwise that might stand on the way as an occupational hazard and might lead to the collateral damage.

Due to ensuing influence of the media, we have almost become a puppet at their hands and it happens more in the case of children. Advertisements are all about selling the products in any way possible without thinking about the downside of what this might cause. As observed by Sivathanu (2017) they intend to market their products in such a way so that more and more people buy it. As in the case of children, they are mostly drawn towards the advertisement of fast food products. Without even thinking about the sabotage, it can do to one’s health. Ads like the KFC display their products in such a way with the usage of celebrities so the children are drawn more towards it. Along with that, the product is showcased in such a manner so that looks tastier than it actually is in reality. The children are drawn more towards it because they are meek, vulnerable and therefore can be manipulated.
