    The marketing objectives of Portland Expo Center are to increase the followers of social media by 20%. In order to increase the social media followers, Portland Expo Center must focus on targeting the right customers who can spend money on purchasing goods from the expo center. The target audience of the expo center will be the people of Portland community, the people from US and the tourists who comes to visit Portland from various parts of the world. The best way to target these customers is taking personal information such as the names, date of birth etc. and wishing them on their birthday or supporting them to find a restaurant within the Portland Expo Center where they can celebrate their birthday event (Schulz, 2020). Further, the expo center must use share posts, videos and photos to encourage the customers. There can also be a small contest or giveaway program which asks the people to follow the expo center events, products available and assist them to participate in the contests.
