ent business scenario. There is mention about the evidence based strategies as well that HR management must use to provide framework that can implement evidence-based retention strategies Since employee retention is such a big concern in today’s business structure, this article comes of great use. There is also discussion about common misconceptions due to which employees normally turn down their job.
