· New Zealand Airlines Cargo business helps in transporting goods to various countries. There are various ways of enhancing the business. Fast delivery(Clayton,2011) and quality delivery of products can make the New Ze
aland Airlines cargo services a big hit. To enhance these methods New Zealand Airlines must do a lot of research for developing techniques. Being transparent on shipping prices and terms and conditions will also help in boosting the New Zealand Airlines cargo business.
· New Zealand Airlines provide air transport services. It is completely customer centric and in order to enhance the business New Zealand airlines must keep on inventing new methods and techniques to make their customers happy. Also when inventing these methods in order for their customers there are some business objective that are to be followed that helps the New Zealand airlines to not go against the laws. Firstly, the New Zealand Airlines must know what their customer wants from them, then they have to work in that way of his customer needs. Also various feedbacks taken from customers is also a great help for the New Zealand Airlines to enhance their work and help their customers get good quality services.

Also Air work airlines enhances it work depending on feedback of their customers and delivers the customers with the best results affordable.
· Air Nelson: This airline is one of the subsidiary of Airlines in New Zealand. This airline provides one of the best regional services to its customers. It has increased its fleet to increase their productivity there by increasing their customer satisfaction. It also covers many regional airports for the purpose of their cargo services. Taking continuous feedback from customers and asking about their satisfaction is also one of the main thing that made Air Nelson as one of the best Airlines in New Zealand.

The relationship between Employee workplace satisfaction and employee productivity is directly satisfied. If employee is satisfied with his work and workplace it will clearly reflect in his deliverables. Not only for cargo business but for any business if the employee is satisfied then the business will run good. First(Freeman,2010) and fore most thing to do is listen to what the employee needs. All the employees need some resources and supplies for fulfilling the work. So when the provider for the employee can take time out and listen to the employee needs clears out the ways for satisfying employees. Also the employer must stop ignoring the employees. When an employee comes up with an idea the employer must listen to him and try to encourage him for what he wants to do for improving the business. A healthy competition is always required between employees. This healthy competition if it comes with good perks and benefits makes the workplace the best to work with.
