Introduction

It has also discussed the role of social media and its rapid reaction strategies to understand the innovations and its impact on supply chain management. Apart from this, the entire factors of technological assessment areas include in this paper, which reflects different aspects of operational activities that help supply chain to provide faster services to its customers.
1. My Opinion on Technology Innovations Reshaping Many Supply Chains
It has been observed by a thorough observation that technological innovations are playing a significant role to reshape supply chain for many organizations and it affects a positive approach for the entire business attitude. It helps the supply change management to grow its efficiency and operational activities in different ways. It has also found that supply chain is being faster and capable with the help of technological innovations.
Technology innovations help supply chains to be prominent and effective. Lee and Pilkington (2017) mentioned that major projects of the business use tech investment as it covers major areas such as time-consuming, less expensive and has a huge capability of human resource management. A digital revolution has been experienced by the supply chain by the help of different innovations of technology and that affect the overall performance of the supply chain of an organization. It has become the present trend of business that small to massive businesses use technology innovations to develop their supply chain management.
Greater Transparency
    The supply chain has succeeded to approach greater transparency through the help of innovative technology that refers to digital communication. However, the supply chain has approached an easier way to connect with customers who are privileged to see the delivery procedure. Visibility of consumers is the core factor of this digital communication that helps supply chain to improve its connectivity with customers. According to Iansiti and Lakhani (2017), the supply chain becomes more transparent and that provides the entire elements to satisfy the entire demands of customers. Expectations are the needs of customers are increasing according to the transparency of the supply chain and that helps supply chain to reshape.

Supply chain reshapes by the help of technology innovation as it helps supply chain to set up a frequent communication. However, it helps to improve the operational activities of the supply chain. Real-time communication has been placed by this innovative communication and it helps to develop a better understanding of the delivery procedure of different units based on daily transportation (Porter & Kramer, 2019). Supply chain improves its operational activities by the use of different software to communicate each unit. For example, intended mobility has a certain advantage. Disappearing part of the supply chain could initially appear by the help of intended mobility.
