The Australian Government has developed a 10-year strategy for the development of the mental health of the Australian and help in the identification of the challenges within the workforce contributing to the mental health in Australians (Government of South Australia, 2020). The main idea of the plan is the articulation of the priority areas, including the actions that need to be taken within the next five years so that an integrated mental health system can be built. This health plan has been published in the consultation draft in the year 2016 so that discussions and decisions were taken in terms of the integrated mental health as well as suicide prevention among the Australians (Meurk, Leung, Hall, Head & Whiteford, 2016).
