One of the core theories of organizational culture is that the culture should be implemented throughout the whole organization including managements and staffs of all the departments. Some of the core values which are to be implemented by all the organizations are reliability, loyalty, honesty, efficiency, unbiased, discipline, etc. Honesty is a very important core value which must be implemented in all the organization (Alvesson 2012) since without honesty, the company cannot sustain in the long run.
