Introduction
A significant growth has been observed in the hospitality and tourism industry of Australia in past few years. As suggested by Treuren, Manmohan and Vishnu (2019) the interests of customers in a hotel is based on the scenic location of the hotel along with good maintenance and premium quality services. Here we shall discuss about The Park Hyatt, Sydney. The hotel has grabbed the attention of tourists for its easily accessible and scenic location. The hotel is situated at Sydney harbor between Sydney Opera House and Harbour Bridge.
The business level strategy of the hotel provides value to customers and helps this five star hotel to gain competitive advantage over its customers. Even with good business level strategies the issue of extensive competition in the market is a major area of concern for this hotel business. It is important that management of The Park Hyatt should thoroughly study the market to develop strategies of pricing, marketing and products or services offered to satisfy the customers. Satisfaction of customers is the ultimate aim of a good business strategy.

It is important to target a broad market and offer the lowest possible price for the best services so that more and more customers could be attracted to the hotel. This shall also help to build customer loyalty and engagement. Your stay at Park Hyatt will cost you $860 per night for one king sized bedroom and $ 1,310 per night for your deluxe and luxury stay at the hotel. In the opinion of Delmas and Pekovic (2015) it is important for the organisation to use its resources efficiently as well as to improve its internal processes so that Park Hyatt can be a cot leader in the market.
Differentiation of the brand and product
