Background:


Throughout our module and course, we have completed a number of psycho-metric tests, and studied academic development, management theory and practice, psychology, plus critical theoriesand creativity theories. The idea behind all this is to link them to you personally, to allow you to reflect on your own personal creative abilities, and how they can be developed in your future career as a manager. Everyone is different, so this is a highly personal and individual assignment.





Task:


Using, applying, and referring to each of the tasks we have completedand each of the theories we have covered in Theme 3, and your pair / team discussions, your task is to produce an individual Personal Creativity Plan (PCP), 2,000-words, following this structure:



Introduction:
(approx. 200 words), where you explain, in detail, what you have done this year overall to develop yourself as an academic student, a professional, a creative, and as a potential manager.



Main Body:



(i) Reflection on the tasks: (approx. 500 words), where you explain, in detail, what you have learned from each of the tasks / theories we have completed in Theme 3, and how they can help develop creativity in you and your team colleagues now and in the future.



(ii) Reflection on team-work: (approx. 500 words), where you explain, in detail, how you have contributed to your pairs / teams throughout the Module / Course, what you have learned from your teams, and how you can influence creative team development in the future.



(iii) Personal Creativity:
(approx. 500 words), where you explain, in detail, how you plan to continue your own Personal Creativity (PC) in the future, beyond your studies, and into your life-long creative professional career.

Introduction
Personal creativity is something that operates the individual ability for creating something new as well as relevant ideas and
perspectives. Over the years with the rapid paradigm shift there have been certain changes regarding the personal creativity. It has been observed that the attention that is provided for the development of any kind of creative thinking skills is very limited concerning the individuals within organizations. This limited periphery is capable for creating a dull ambience for work and therefore affects the productive output. After years of training, I believe that I have developed certain creative abilities that are innate and have realized that I am capable of solving the problems. In this article, therefore I will discuss the techniques as well as the exercises, which I had identified as viable and technically sound. Consequently, after testing myself on a wide variety of functions over the course of many years, I feel liberated.
Task Module
I have come to understood over the years that the tasks that I had taken responsibility of as a manager are important. These are important to the effect while undergoing a kind of massive development concerning a personal creative plan that is in turn required to be analyzed. I am a 27-year-old graduate embarked in working for a well-known multinational retail company that goes by the name of Walmart. I joined this organization while I was studying at the university and thereafter were transferred to my desired department, which followed the graduation. However, almost after a year I felt sort of encouraged to enter a managerial leadership as well as wanted to be a part of their management development program. My employer has been very kind and supportive throughout and therefore has been reasonably flexible for making any and every kind of allowances concerning that of the additional time required to take off from the work for the completion of all the necessary training modules. Once I realized that after having a proper qualification and acquiring more and more experience, I am keen to take more and more responsibilities and be that will be beneficial for the effective functioning of the company. The responsibilities and my learning that I have acquired have been stated in the following manner:

1. Managing the projects:
Whenever the Walmart assigned a project, they did it with the main motive for the trainees for working as well as improving one’s skills as well as expertise. After having working under the project I believe that I have effectively gathered the practical first-hand knowledge, that is functional to adept them in the context of the related sectors.
2. Internet as a medium of learning:
The Internet is a tool that has rapidly come to practice with rapid technological advancement. It has been functional in the identification of different tools concerning that of the telecommunication like the CML or what is popularly known as Computer Managed Learning, Distance Learning, there also happens to be certain online resources for making the learning process viable for the interested group (Rubens et al.,2018).
3. Extensive research:
I have faced no problems in acquiring the required knowledge and skills for the job because the company had willingly paid for all the required resources.
4. Development of other strategies:
To ensure the sustenance of the company for the long run, it has helped the individuals such as me who have acquired such skills after extensive training-process conduct conferences as well seminars regarding events, testing skills of other individuals through exams and interviews. Therefore, significantly breaking it into a matter where I was responsible for the controlling as well as the monitoring of the subordinates (Khodjaeva et al., 2019).

In each single business, the necessity of SWOT Analysis is functional in uncovering the Strengths as well as the Weaknesses of an organization.
