Assessment Description The assessment will cover material from the first 5 weeks of the unit and also asks you to draw on your personal experience and understanding of your potential to be innovative and/or entrepreneurial. This assessment is intended to get you to reflect on the key characteristics of an entrepreneur or innovator and to consider your own strengths and limitations in this respect. You are expected to identify three aspects of your personality and/or behaviour that exhibit strong entrepreneurial or innovation characteristics and three aspects of your character and/or behaviour that might inhibit your potential to be an entrepreneur or innovator. In so doing you need to consider the importance of self-development and self-managed learning in both innovation and entrepreneurship, and the extent to which an entrepreneur/innovator must take ownership of their learning. You need to relate your views to aspects of entrepreneurial theory as well as practice and where possible provide examples to illustrate and support your views. In summary, reflect on your skills, personality and behaviour and explain how well placed you are to be an entrepreneur and/ or innovator, and in particular to manage entrepreneurial and/or innovative activities either within an organisation or in the preorganisational stages of an entrepreneurial endeavour. Detailed Submission Requirements 800-1000 words is expected size of the submission. Although every reflective submission will be unique, a sample will be provided on Moodle for students to understand a good work of reflection

Business in recent times is one of the domains which can directly involve self-improvement and better of life. According to (Kuppuswamy and Bayus 2017) an entrepreneur is a businessman who executes and conceive ventures. As I have seen in the sector, the positive risk-taking factor is one of the important characteristics which drives the success factor of business. A successful entrepreneur or innovator is never afraid of failure, and it should always be in mind to indulge into a factor which can be creating risk and on the other hand, can lead to failure but they should always move towards the implementation due to the success factor which can be gained after proper implementation. I always wanted to be an entrepreneur due to the immense involvement in the different crucial factor exhibiting within myself. Innovation can be another factor which supports the entrepreneur aspect, and it can be stated that it is directly linked with each other. 
	Entrepreneurs should exhibit the quality of having confidence in the different sphere of execution of work. Confidence can be one of the crucial factors which according to me I have sustained within myself which is one of the driving factors in the entrepreneur and innovation sector. A person should be confident and sure about the different decisions and working. According to me, not everyone is born with the confidence level within themselves, but self-grooming and creating self-belief can be one of the factors which could help them develop naturally. I am very much confident in the different domain of involvement which should be needed by an entrepreneur (Haris et al.2018). Confident can help in the field of innovation. Responsibility is another factor which should be involved within an entrepreneur or innovator. I have come across a different field of implementation were I exhibited with the characteristics.
