Planning
    Early child education is one of the basic educational programs that are given to the children between the age group of 0 to 3 or 3-5 years of age. The program design will reflect things that the children between the age group of three to five years will observe and how they can participate in different group activities and outdoor activities without any difficulty. In the beginning the learning program will focus on the indoor activities apart from their education. The intern outcomes will include certain activities that will include prayer breakfast basic educational activities like a learning numbers or alphabets.
After that indoor educational process will reflect upon certain areas of the interest of the children and in the curriculum will into certain toys or fun activities to motivate the students into a curricular activity environment. It will be designed in a way that will keep the children occupied within the time frame through which they will learn and have fun at the same time. The indoor planning will also include certain developmental planning for children in a Holistic way. Indulgence of visitation dramatic play or creative activities within small groups are very much appreciated as it helps in building the cognitive and social approaches within the students (Arthur et al., 2019). For the outdoor program there are several activities within the educational process through which the children can be introduced into a playful activity that will resonate them with nature.
For the lesson plan for outdoor activities students will be associated with playful activities within the nature and they will also be talk to plant saplings and caring for them. This way the students can generate certain environmental consciousness that can help them to be a better human being in future. The outer planning will also include certain activities in a group to increase the uniformity of the students within each other. The cognitive development from these activities will help in enriching their minds.    
Documentation
    Documentation is a very important part for understanding the development that the children are having while associated with the learning programs that are prescribed for them. The documentation will help in understanding the learning process and achievements of the child, the teacher and the parents and it will also reflect on their emotional, social, physical and cognitive understanding through different learning outcomes that are prepare for the children. There are different terms of documentation that can be done by the teacher and it helps for both the teacher and the students to understand the progress that they have made throughout the learning outcome program. The documentation help in understanding the overall reflection on the development of the child their process of learning, their improvements, and important remarks that can be helpful for increasing self-esteem and confidence on the student (Ernawati et al., 2018). It is also beneficial to have certain examples of the student’s previous performance so that it can be compared with the present. On the other hand, the documentation helps the teacher understand which student is progressing and whose progress is at hold.
The overall assessment of documentation of each and every aspect of the student will help in providing better observation on the teacher and the teacher will get help to prepare the next learning program for the students and focus on the particularity of each student. It is very important for the teacher to be accountable for providing certain learning opportunities to the students that can be helpful for them in establishing better reserve for future (Filipović et al., 2021). Documentation of the overall activities help the teacher to understand the students in a better way and it allows them to reflect on the learning process that they have prepared for the students.
