Observe you in an operational business environment using a range of skills/tasks. Contextualise observations to suit your workplace or training environment. Provide a range of documentation as specified in the assessment conditions. Use the checklist to observe you using a range of skills/tasks. Observe you over a period of time while you learn and use various skills/tasks. Record comments and feedback based on their observation of your performance. Identifies and promptly reports unsafe work practices, issues, emergency situations and breaches of health, safety and security procedures. Identifies and removes hazards from immediate workplace area and report all workplace hazards as they arise. Follows procedures for emergency situations Recognises emergency and potential emergency situations. Correctly follows correct organisational procedures to respond to one emergency or potential emergency situation, seeking assistance where appropriate. Completes emergency incident reports and basic template reports about hazards accurately, using organisation’s procedures. Participates in organisational WHS practices Actively participates in work health and safety management practices. Actively participates in one work health and safety consultation activity involving one of the following: a discussion with, or formal report to a WHS representative, a discussion with a supervisor or manager, or in a staff meeting involving a WHS matter.
