The ranking of the intervention is done by the group after conduction of the thorough discussion related to each intervention. All the interventions were evaluating using pros, and cons. The level of the urgency, number of people affected by the intervention and the change it would bring in life of the vulnerable group. Apart from this, the utilisation of resources or availability of services and policies by the government as well as their impact are analysed. It has been seen that there are many facilities provided by the government, this help in understanding where help needs to be provided.
The selection of the five intervention is done based on the group discussion then majority rule was applied. In majority rule, the decision is based on the choice made by the large number of people in the group. In case of majority rule, when majority of people taken one side, they together dominated in the group. On the contrary, minority group needs to respect the decision of the majority of people in the group.
