Introduction
    Employee motivation plays a very important role for any business organisation as only through the employees of an organisation the main motive that is fulfilment of the requirements and demands of the customers is possible. For increasing the motivation of the employees, training plays a very important role. Conception of Employee Motivation
    The truth is employees are living assets for any business organisation as it is on their performance the company prospers or declines (Bryson & White, 2019). However, it is obligatory for the company to provide the employees with regular motivation session. If the employees receive regular motivation from the management of the company then they will feel themselves competent in their job profile. At the same time, the employees who get motivation will be able to face all sorts of new challenges (Clarke, 2019). It is known that the working structure changes regularly and sometimes the employee’s faces some problems to make them acquainted with all such changes. However, it will be easier for the employees to overcome all sorts of challenges if they are provided with motivational sessions by the management of the company. At the same time, it is imperative for the company to know the fact that performance of the company largely depends upon the performance of the employees, which can be easily improved with employee motivation.
Conception of Staff Training
    Training is the most important tool for promoting good learning and development of skills. Training is the only process by which the capabilities, skills and talents of the staffs or employees can be increased immensely (Novak, 2019). Training is also required for the quality performance of the employees. Training can provide the employees the power of thinking by which new ideas can be invented for the company by the employees.
