Abstract
    Firms go international, markets became global and cross-border joint ventures increasingly provided firms with opportunities to expand rapidly geographical market participation in the year 1960.
In addition to that, business organisations, in the global context, work with employees coming from different ethnicities, cultures and religions, thereby making the needs of cross cultural management an essential part of modern business. In this paper, in order to understand the topic and its significance, a summary of research-based journal papers on cross-cultural management have been presented. The introduction section of the assignment presents an overview of the topic, followed by a discussion section. In the discussion section, three academic articles summarized and the main arguments of the three scholarly authors are assessed critically, respectively. The study of this assessment gives vivid and detailed analysis of cross-cultural management. The four pillars of cross-cultural management can be brought closer to full knowledge and clarification that may serve better understanding for future. In the case of the state of the field in the four research paradigms, it is believed that encouragement of fundamentally different epistemologies and interactions can lead to innovative studies of cross-cultural management. Lastly, how the emergence of new approaches to culture in the online environment have influenced language diversity, globalization and technological innovation. Based on the analysis, the current understanding of cross-cultural management is discussed, and for further advancement of the conversation, promising ways of further research are identified as well as a proper conclusion is drawn.

Introduction
    International business involves cross-cultural management by managing team work that in ways, where differences of practices, culture and preferences are considered. Modifying or adapting the approaches is necessary for businesses to learn in order to compete in the fields that are no longer enclosed by a physical environment with online interactions more commonly in situations of business.
