Details of stakeholders you communicated with, sought guidance from, or who were involved in the decision-making process NOTE: Use the Business plan template provided to undertake this task, and pay particular attention to the financial requirements within this plan. Where real clients are not available, clients of simulated health and fitness levels (role play) may be used, however, a screening for each role play must be conducted as it would be for real clients. The assessment activities of this unit may overlap with other units such as BSBSMB404 and resources and information may be freely used in both units as relevant. These activities will need to be observed on at least 1 occasion by an assessor or relevant person and perhaps all three as specified by your assessor or relevant person. The external consultation and communication will be done by 4 marketing personal who will be hired by the Gym management. They will be responsible for communicating the various facilities and offers provided by the gym, the discounts and offers, benefits of doing exercise, proper diet plan and the various facilities which are offered by our gym compared to others in Victoria.

The internal consultation and communication will be conducted by the 10 receptionists who will be appointed for advising the potential customers and visitors in the gym facility.

The method of communication and consultation in the gym will be most done face-to-face, through telephone calls, short messaging services and through e-mail. Also, there will be brochures and leaflets distributed to the target customers when there will be special offers and discounts.
