2.1 How I planned to gather and document lessons learnt

Complete the table below.
    When…
I planned to identify and collect lessons learnt
    Who…
I planned to involve in the process of gathering lessons
    How…
I planned to document lessons
I planned to identify and collect lessons learnt when I was getting much knowledge and skills in my projects. I thought to gather the lesson learnt so that it will help me in future projects and which can improve my work quality too. The quality of work should be improved so as to meet the requirements of the tasks provided. As we know that bad quality work is not accepted thus there should be high quality work delivered at the right time.
I planned to involve in the process of gathering lessons my colleagues. It is because they are also working on the same project thus I thought it would be nice to involve them. Some colleagues got involved with me to process the same. Moreover, if the task is done in group then it can require the involvement of the group members. But it is not the case always. It depends on the situations.
I planned to document lessons by writing up the new experiences every day while working on the project. Also many tips were added by me according to the situation that can come in between the work. This way help me a lot.
    2.2 What actually happened?

When I compare how I had planned to gather and document lessons learnt versus what actually happened? Complete the table below.
    When...
I identified and collected lessons learnt
    Who…
I involved in the process of gathering lessons
    How…
I documented lessons

However, I managed to identify and collect lessons before the end of project. In every lesson learnt, I was able to manage the consequences of changes and other issues that were faced. Moreover, I have collected the lessons briefly so that I can get help from it again if I needed.

I involved limited number of people in the process of gathering lessons. It is because I have no intension to...
