Instructions
In this assessment, students will create a 5-minute
video blog
to explain what they understand by research. Students will use an example of a project that they are interested in to illustrate their understanding (
10 marks
).
Advice
The presentation (video blog) can make use of up to
five
Powerpoint slides with
audio. The following clip from YouTube provides you with a brief introduction on how to record audio to a PowerPoint presentation:

Submission
‘Save as’ an
MP4
once recorded in Powerpoint before submission to the Blackboard site.
If you cannot use the
audio
feature in PowerPoint, you can write your talking points (script) in the
notes
section in your PowerPoint presentation. Please ensure that your video blog is clear, concise, and well-presented (as style and substance go hand in hand).
