Sizzling is one of the successful fast-food chains channelizing its business in London and several other parts of the UK. The fast-food chains are famous for their fast foods which are healthy as well as contains several proteins, vitamins as well as fat-free ingredients. The unique specialty of the company is one of the most proficient things about the existence of the company. The company chosen is India. The main reason behind choosing the country is the huge market base and customer base of the country. For a fast-food chain offering, some unique quality food for the customers has a good space in the country like India seeking the diverse culture of the country and the willingness of the people to try new cuisines and foods. The healthy range of fast foods offered by Sizzling is something that would be something that is not practiced on a wide level in India.
Business and Country
The Business here is the Fast food restaurant that will be entering the country of India. Though there are several food chains, restaurants, and food chains in India but still seeking the huge population of the country and their love towards the different food cuisines is something that would be a better opportunity for the company to select India to channelize their business. The Sizzling would be channelizing the fast-food range for the customers in India and the basic feature of it is it will be providing a healthy range of fast foods for the customers. The company would be using gluten-free products, fat-free, and a healthy range of ingredients to make fast foods that would not considerably affect the health of the consumers much. Seeking the growing concern regarding fitness in the Indian consumers is something that would be a major point of inclusion for the company (Ferrerr Romero et al., 2018). Along with healthy food, the company would also be looking up to provide a personalized touch to the snacks in the context of the ingredients the customer wants to remove from their order or any specific addition to it. This will be an added advantage to the venture of the company (Dias & Ferreira, 2019).
Different Cuisines- along with the healthy range of foods the company would be offering the fast food cuisines from the different part of the world, which would add diversity to the menu.
Out-of-home Breakfast- seeking the present condition and the money spending capacity of the people on the food items the out-of-home breakfast has become a very common trend which would benefit the company.
Threats
The company has to face threats on the internal level. Some of them include-
Inefficiency in Home Delivery- in the starting days the company would require good time and manpower to set up their business in a large country like India. In the meanwhile, till the business would not be established properly home delivery would be a challenging thing.
Incompetent Chef- as the Sizzling would be offering fast food cuisines from the different part of the world they would be requiring competent chefs otherwise it could mess the whole situation.
Operations Team- as the company is based in London and establishing the business in India would be a very challenging thing as a completely different operation team would be constituted for the purpose (Shatilo et al., 2019).

Big Market Base- one of the most prominent opportunities that would be considered for the company seeking their business in India is the huge market base and customer base.

Spending Capacity- in recent time it is observed that the spending capacity of the people has increased in the context of the food items and cuisines, which would work as an opportunity for the Sizzling if it would channelize it correctly.
Threats
Religious and Political Confrontation- religious and political confrontation would be one of the major threats for the company as the Indian customers are very much connected to their religious thoughts. For instance, they did not prefer to eat beef.
