Assignment 1 part 1 is the case study and please write your response in response template using Thomas white frame work

6A Charan Charan is a programmer for a small software development company. This company is still establishing its market share and is quite aggressive in setting software release dates.  Charan is one of a small team responsible for programming and testing the next release of their accounting package software. There are several programs which Charan has written and they have been tested successfully by a colleague. Charan is now testing three programs written by a colleague and has found minor bugs in each of them.  Their author is fixing the bugs and then Charan will retest. She expects this to take a further three weeks. Before all these bugs are resolved, his supervisor Collin informs Charan that management wishes to release the software to the public so as to meet the previously predicted finish date. To achieve this Charan, as tester, will need to sign that tests are completed but she knows this is not true. Discuss briefly the ethical dilemma that Charan faces.   What professional ethical dilemmas are Charan and Collin dealing with here?  (e.g.  Should we allow or sanction Charan's behaviour?  Is there a public interest question raised by this scenario?  What actions do everyone involved need to take to ensure that this kind of situation does not occur again?)  ACS Assignment Cover Sheet Subject Name: Professional Environments (Module 1 – Assignment 1) Assignment Name/Number: Assignment 1 – Professionalism, Ethics and Governance Date of Submission: Case Study Name/No. Participant Name: ACS Member Number: Declaration: ☐ Check this box I declare that the assignment is based on my own work and that all material previously written or published in any source by any other person has been duly acknowledged in the assignment.     Issues/Results
    Step 1:
    Analyze - The Consequences
The probable consequences of the situation mentioned in the case study can be as follows.
· It can happen that Charan completes testing for detecting the bugs. This can be done in order to compel the orders of the supervisors and release the concerned software in the market. But this will be associated with obvious defects and complaints from the customers and clients which will spoil the name of the organization and adversely affect customer satisfaction.
· Another possible consequence is that Charan might miss the dates fixed by the upper management. It is obvious that the management needs to be convinced that testing and releasing software which has got bugs will affect the customer satisfaction and it will further lead to the reduction in the effective customer base.
· It is obvious that the bugs need to be fixed before releasing the software to the public. If the software is released without proper resolution and testing it would affect the name of the company. At this point the author and the tester need to convince the management and the higher officials for postponing the release date.
    Step 2:
    Analyze - The Actions
The subsequent action that can contemplate the situation as referred in the case study are:
· Accelerating the process of elimination of bugs to meet the deadline as mentioned by the higher management.
· Release the software without proper resolution or testing.
· Convince the management to postpone the release date.
· Release the software without updating the management about the bugs.
· Make the supervisor deal with the situation and ask him to postpone the due date.
· Resolve the bugs and miss the due date by...
