Assignment 2 – Expression of Interest

Summary
This task will require the student to propose a research project related to their field of study. Students must derive evidence-based knowledge and information from literature and/or professional practice. The expression of interest for a project must clearly identify the research problem, gaps in knowledge and justify the need for a research project based on evidence..
Requirements
Student are required to express research interest succinctly in approximately 1500 words, using Harvard style

for appropriately referencing their research ideas. The expression of interest should include the followings:
• Confirmed title and abstract
• Identification of research problem
• A literature review (at least 6 high quality references)
• Specifying purpose of the research

• The rationale for the project (why)
• Justifying the usefulness and benefits of the project (stakeholders)
Submission
Prepare your report of approximately 1500 words using WORD. Submit this document in CloudDeakin, in the dropbox called “Expression of Interest” before the due date
