RECRUITMENT PLAN
Finding the best candidate, who suits the job ro
le, is not easy. A vast procedure has to be followed to conduct recruitment. Being a recruitment manager myself, I would carry on with the promotion of the vacancy for the desired post. Promoting for vacancy is possible both internally and externally. Conducting an in-house promotion as well as spreading the vacancy news externally will be my first step. As soon as the candidates are shortlisted, I will be conducting the recruitment procedure stepwise. First step being a written form of test to see if the candidate qualifies and, when they do comes in the next stage involving a personal interview round, where I would be judging their personality and other attributes to see if they fit the job role as required for the company.
In the context of the given scenario, I would be opting for the reactive approach of recruitment. Being a recruitment manager, choosing the perfect fit for the job role is a necessity. Reactive approach is the best-case scenario as I am left with no alternate choice. Since, the employee has already left the job; filling his position is necessary now...
